Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and crisis management, with a focus on providing support and guidance to individuals and families in need. This role involves working collaboratively with clients to develop effective treatment plans, facilitate access to resources, and promote overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients in their personal growth.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies to address immediate client needs during emergencies.
- Collaborate with community resources, including Section 8 housing programs, to support clients’ housing stability.
- Mentor and supervise interns or junior staff members in clinical practices and professional development.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Engage in workforce development initiatives to enhance service delivery within the organization.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Experience in behavioral health settings is preferred, with a strong understanding of Medicare processes.
- Proficient in crisis management and intervention techniques.
- Knowledge of childcare services and support systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning within the field.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
