Brightside ABA is a growing organization servicing Fayetteville, NC and the surrounding areas throughout Cumberland County, committed to addressing the urgent demand for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children ages 2-12. We pride ourselves on clinical quality and having a strong clinical hierarchy of support for our BCBAs. Our team is close-knit, and dedicated to creating a positive and supportive work environment. We are seeking a dynamic and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Fayetteville, NC and the surrounding area. This is an exceptional opportunity for a BCBA who values a great work life balance and desires to contribute to a positive and warm workplace culture while taking on a caseload of approximately 8 kiddos.

What You Need To Succeed:

  • BCBA certification (Required).
  • Master's degree in a related field (Required).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA (Preferred).
  • Exceptional technological, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Leadership qualities with a focus on staff development and training.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and seeking assistance when needed.
  • Commitment to maintaining professional and ethical behavior.
