Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Area Care Coordinator to lead and develop our Care Coordinator team across our New Jersey locations. In this role, you'll help support on-site teammates who directly impact our patients' experience, ensuring SPEAR's mission, vision, and values are upheld to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Provide on-site presence throughout assigned New Jersey area locations
  • Train, mentor, and develop Care Coordinators to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate coverage when necessary and provide direct support when needed
  • Conduct regular coaching conversations to align team performance with SPEAR's values
  • Participate in monthly staff meetings to review performance metrics and build team camaraderie

Operational Excellence

  • Monitor front office KPI performance to reach best practice standards
  • Ensure adherence to established workflows and best practices
  • Partner with regional and clinical leaders to identify opportunities and resolve issues
  • Conduct regular clinic audits and site visits to maintain quality standards
  • Analyze front desk dashboards and performance metrics

Patient Experience

  • Champion a culture of 5-star customer service across all locations
  • Oversee patient access initiatives and financial processes
  • Ensure seamless patient journey from first contact through treatment
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to create an exceptional patient experience
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of medical office experience
Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems (Raintree experience strongly preferred)
Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to develop staffExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable transportation for daily travel between New Jersey locations
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required with sufficient experience
