Health + Glow is Tampa’s premier integrative wellness center, blending traditional medical care with holistic and mental health services. Our new division, Health + Mind, is expanding and seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist who values whole-person care and wants to practice in a supportive, modern, and collaborative environment.

Position Summary

We are hiring a Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) to provide psychotherapy and, optionally, psychological testing. You’ll work with a motivated client population and collaborate with a team that includes internal medicine, massage therapy, and wellness coaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to adults and/or adolescents
• Optional: Conduct psychological and cognitive assessments
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our HIPAA-compliant EHR
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary wellness team as needed
• Uphold ethical and legal guidelines per Florida licensure requirements

Qualifications

• Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program
• Active Florida Psychologist License (PY#)
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience preferred
• EMDR certification, trauma-informed care, or testing expertise is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and passion for holistic wellness
