Kids Thrive is currently seeking experienced Therapists to work in a Pediatric Mental Health Program providing care and treatment to clients ages 3 to 10. Previous experience working with children is preferred.Our compassionate therapists at Kids Thrive specialize in supporting a high-acuity early childhood population. With a focus on both group and individual services, our dedicated professionals provide a safe and nurturing environment where young minds can flourish.Key Responsibilities:Co-lead Day Treatment groups with Group Facilitator.Provide individual and family therapy.Conduct family interviews and offer referrals to appropriate resources.Provide crisis intervention to clients as needed.Complete Intakes, Diagnostic Assessments, Treatment Plans, and Discharge Summaries.Contribute to treatment team meetings and collaborate with other providers on the team.Job Requirements:Education:Masters Degree or Bachelors Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling Licensure in the State of Ohio (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC)Who we areAs parents, we see the potential in our little ones, from the youngest age.
