Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.

Duties

Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of clients with developmental disabilities.
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment data.
Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavioral changes in clients.
Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
Provide training and supervision to staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies and interventions.
Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of behavioral therapy.

Experience

A minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism.
Strong knowledge of special education practices and medical terminology related to behavioral health.
Proficiency in data collection methods and analysis within the context of behavioral therapy.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ethical considerations in the treatment of clients.
Experience in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans using applied behavior analysis techniques.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
