About Job

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.

Duties

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of clients with developmental disabilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment data.
  • Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavioral changes in clients.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Provide training and supervision to staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies and interventions.
  • Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of behavioral therapy.

Experience

  • A minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism.
  • Strong knowledge of special education practices and medical terminology related to behavioral health.
  • Proficiency in data collection methods and analysis within the context of behavioral therapy.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ethical considerations in the treatment of clients.
  • Experience in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans using applied behavior analysis techniques.
