Drive Creative Services is a full-service marketing/advertising company that helps local businesses maximize their presence in the Metro-Detroit community. Alongside creating custom marketing/ad materials, Drive also publishes official municipal newsletters, and recently launched The Community Resource Guide of Michigan (www.crgmichigan.com), a digital platform that provides each community with highlights, events, and businesses serving our markets.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented, and self-sufficient Sales and Community Liaison to join our rapidly expanding team. Experience in sales or a customer-service focused industry is preferred.
With this position, you will not simply be soliciting one-time sales, but building lasting relationships with clients who participate in our community network. Our primary sales focus is advertising space in the official newsletters we currently offer (Macomb Township, Mt. Clemens, Chesterfield Township, Center Line, and Harper Woods), and online in The Community Resource Guide of MI.

What You’ll Do:
- Connect with potential clients through all methods of communication, starting with in-person consultation.
- Develop immediate rapport and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
- Provide information on our services to clients and guide them toward the best options for their brand awareness.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, focusing on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with other team members to drive results and contribute to the company’s success.
- Research prospective clients.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and integrity.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
- Exceptional communication skills and follow-through.
- Previous sales/similar experience is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-sufficient; you will be working as part of a team, but you must also be able to operate independently day-to-day doing sales work in the field.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
