Intake Coordinator/Assistant of Communications
-Call all new leads
-Enroll and follow up with parents/guardians of new/current students.
-Send out all communications for each step of the enrollment process.
-Communicate with currently enrolled parents/guardians. Updating them on progress and new information.
-Progress reports
-All email communication and follow-ups including phone and in-person.
-Be available for in person meetings with current and new parents/guardians.
-Learn to grade math and reading placement tests and assist the manager if needed.
-Extreme professionalism and brand representation and knowledge is a MUST.
-Must be able to do other administrative and non-related tasks as an Administrative Assistant to the Director.
-Post content on Social Media, send out Kumon marketing emails etc
-Must speak and dress properly and professionally at all times.
Must be punctual, dedicated, reliable, professional and have very strong communication skills. Must be able to use Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel, and be adaptable to new technology. Must have strong writing skills. Individual must be extremely punctual, organized and be able to meet deadlines. Have strong follow-up, recording and reporting skills. Self-starter is a plus.
Position has flexible hours but must be available on site, especially during class hours on Tuesday and Thursdays. Hours are set and may include bonus commission compensation in due time.
If hired, you must be available immediately. Having a car is a plus and a flexible schedule is preferred. Job may be hourly or compensation agreed on based on weekly schedule and performance. Must be comfortable with children and adults alike. Individual needs to possess people skills and be extremely pleasant and patient. Remote work is a high possibility for half the time. Start up and Training is paid, minimum wage for at least 1-2 months, depending on progress.
Managing staff and the class flow will be necessary on days the owner is not in the center

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
