The Nurse Practitioner provides medical consultation, routine patient care, and follow-up based on population-specific competencies.

Initiates comprehensive patient assessments, orders diagnostic tests, and diagnoses health problems or needs.

Plans and executes therapeutic interventions, including medications, treatments, and consultations.

Performs routine procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing, wound care, and blood draws.

Educates patients on treatments and medications.

Reports to supervising physicians and operations managers.

Requires a Master's degree, current Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license, BLS certification, and effective communication skills.

Must adhere to safety protocols, standard precautions, and may face exposure risks.

Position includes physical demands and respiratory fit test requirements; all applicants considered regardless of protected status.
