Rhodium Care Group is currently seeking a Therapist (LCSW/LPC) to work 2-3 days/week at a skilled nursing facility in Waverly, VA. Scheduling is flexible and there are no weekends involved! We take great pride in having our counselors provide their services in person, please note this is not a remote opportunity.

Therapist Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• LCSW/LPC will see geriatric patients for inpatient therapy services.
• Knowledge of clinical work theory and practice, skills in clinical assessment, treatment plan development and implementation, group and individual treatment and case management.
• Provide for clients’ needs in an effective, culturally sensitive, professional and ethical manner.
• Other related duties as deemed necessary by employer or assigned facility.

We Require:

• MSW or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
• Valid and unrestricted licensure in Virginia as an LCSW/ LPC in accordance with the regulations of the state.
• Must be able to meet the credentialing requirements of the employer, Medicare and Medicaid and other payers as deemed necessary.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $500.00 - $700.00 per day
