- Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and developing behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children. You will work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to implement effective strategies that promote positive behavior changes and enhance the quality of life for those you serve.
- Small Caseloads: Full-time BCBAs manage 5–8 clients per week (20–30 hours) so you can focus on what matters client care.
- Generous Supervision Time: We provide 15–20% supervision time for RBTs to support treatment fidelity and staff growth.
- Robust Training Culture: Weekly learning, case consultations, and direct mentorship from our Chief Clinical Officer.

Duties
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs).
- Oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs (15–20% of their hours).
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team consultations.
- Contribute to a positive, solution oriented team culture.
Skills
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation practices.
- Strong understanding of data collection methods related to behavior analysis.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality.
- Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively.
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices.
