The Regional Service Coordinator is responsible for working with a national network of contractors to provide troubleshooting and service needs for water filtration equipment in grocery stores.
Job Duties
- Manage assigned zone(s) and hiring needs to keep up with Service demands for our customers. This includes working with the HR department for recruiting.
- Provide initial orientation of service parameters including in-depth discussion and training on store equipment and processing equipment.
- Monitor services per contract agreement.
- Communicate in a professional and positive manner with contractors regarding regular and emergency services needed.
- Handle emergency calls and follow through.
- Provide phone technical support and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a service database and files.
- Order supplies for Service Technicians using current NWS ordering system and submit to shipping for fulfillment. Track shipments of parts and supplies.
- Customer service support (internal and external).
- Review and authorize contractor invoices for payment.
- Communicate with other department staff as necessary.
- Rotation of weekly/weekend On-Call.
- Work as a team to update Service Team job procedures at least annually in October.
- Other duties as assigned.

- This role is the initial contact with clients, so people skills are a must.
Pay & Work Hours
- Compensation: $20 per hour, DOE
- Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:pm , 9 paid holidays
