Job Summary
This position is responsible for greeting, registering, collecting payments from and directing/escorting patients in compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations and hospital policies and procedures. This position is responsible for demonstrating advanced analytical skills to determine process improvements and escalating of issues or concerns to leadership. This position will mentor and train all appropriate staff by supporting a team environment. This position will demonstrate detailed focus and sound decision making as well as serving as a role model to the rest of the department.
Education and Experience
- high school diploma or GED Required
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
