Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Unit: Social Services
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct counseling services to patients using culturally responsive, trauma-informed approaches
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support overall patient wellbeing
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all clinical regulations
• Support mental health access in underserved communities

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Counseling or equivalent psychotherapy-related program from an accredited institution
• License: Current LPCC license issued by the state of California (required)
• Experience:
• Clinical experience in community mental health strongly preferred
• Proven ability to work with multicultural populations
• Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Certifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• TB screening, Tdap, Influenza, Hepatitis B, MMR/Varicella (as required)
• COVID-19 vaccine documentation or declination form

Compensation:

• Annual Salary Range: $96,880.16
• Hourly Range (Based on Experience):
• Entry: $43.54/hr
• Mid-Level: $49.55/hr
• Senior: $56.52/hr

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43.00 - $56.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
