Soliant Education is seeking a skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support an elementary school caseload near Compton, MD. This is a part-time, onsite opportunity ideal for a behavior analyst who is passionate about helping students succeed through data-driven behavioral interventions.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student behavior goals.

• Provide training and ongoing support for school personnel on behavior management techniques.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust strategies as needed.

• Maintain accurate documentation in line with school and district protocols.

• Must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, especially with elementary-aged students.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
