ASAHI Intecc is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our Peripheral Vascular portfolio. In this role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through post-launch optimization, driving the strategic direction of key products within our portfolio. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, key customers, and KOLs to shape product strategies that meet market needs and support ASAHI’s growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the medical device industry, have a customer-centric approach, and be a strategic thinker who can drive product growth in a fast-paced environment.
Product Management & Research:
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals, market needs, and customer insights.
- Develop and manage product positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies to drive adoption and revenue.
- Oversee the product roadmap, ensuring timely execution of development milestones and launch activities.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, effectiveness, unmet needs, and opportunities for growth.
- Lead the product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch.
Customer Engagement and Understanding:
- Gathering insights from healthcare professionals, KOLs, and end-users to inform product decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, KOLs, and industry leaders to understand market needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead customer-facing activities such as product demonstrations, physician outreach, and events (e.g., tradeshows and workshops).
- Leverage customer feedback to continuously improve products and develop new solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Training Support:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, regulatory, quality, and R&D teams to ensure alignment on product strategies and timelines.
- Provide product training and support to sales teams to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell and promote products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Prepare and deliver regular updates and presentations to senior management and stakeholders regarding product performance and strategic initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including vendors and agencies, to ensure successful product development and launch.
