Licensed Therapist – Full-Time (Contract Position)

Juno Counseling and Wellness is seeking skilled, motivated, and compassionate licensed therapists to join our innovative, integrative mental health team. We are a growing, well-respected practice offering in-person and telehealth services to children, adolescents, and adults in a supportive and collaborative setting.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) License required
• Niche or specialty area (e.g., child therapy, couples counseling, EMDR, trauma, etc.)
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for helping others
• Willingness to participate in community outreach and referral-building activities
• Interest in working in our holistic model and receiving specialty trainings
• Must be able to work in-person
• Must be able to work some evening hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapy, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and somatic therapies
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to support holistic care
• Offer creative and somatic modalities
• Participate in community outreach and mental health education events
