Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team full-time in a hybrid role. This position blends remote work with on-site responsibilities, offering flexibility and direct client engagement.

In this role, you will lead the development and supervision of individualized ABA programs, support and mentor Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care.

What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and monitor customized ABA treatment plans

• Perform assessments and use data to track client progress and outcomes

• Supervise, train, and support Behavior Technicians

• Work closely with families and other professionals to ensure cohesive treatment

• Maintain detailed, timely documentation

• Keep current with advancements in ABA practices and research

Who You Are

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

• Active BCBA certification

• Active LBA license in Oklahoma (required)

• Experienced in ABA program development and supervision

• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership abilities

• Collaborative and team-focused mindset

• Comfortable working with diverse client populations
