Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. This full-time position offers the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, with both in-person and remote options. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and ages, providing outpatient therapy tailored to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Participate in individual and group supervision sessions.
• Stay current with industry best practices and complete required continuing education.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Licensed or license-eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) in Massachusetts.
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and a range of mental health diagnoses.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical and inclusive practices.
