Summary

We are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCABA to join our team at A Million Solutions. In this role, you will provide individualized ABA treatment services and collaborate closely with families to implement effective behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Work in person Monday-Friday (possibility of hybrid)
• Supervise in home clients once per week
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc.) to identify the needs of clients.
• Develop and implement individualized, research-based Behavior Intervention Plans tailored to each child's unique challenges.
• Train and support parents and caregivers weekly in implementing strategies at home.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients through weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings.
• Provide supervision and support to interns and BT/RBTs working within different environments.
• Insurance correspondence (pre-authorization requests).
• Safety management.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis is required.
• Licensed to work in Texas as a Behavioral Analyst by start date.
• Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with families and team members.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
