Requirements

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Answer inquiries by clarifying desired patient needs and information, researching, locating and providing a solution, implementing solutions, and escalating any unresolved issues
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different calls
Seize the opportunity to “close” the call
Build sustainable relationships by engaging patients and going the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in a comprehensible way
Continue to update job knowledge by participating in team meetings and education opportunities
Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets
