Crisis Prevention Support Counselor-full time position

Crisis Prevention Support Counselor needed for The Crisis Prevention Response Team at ST. Vincent's Hospital, A division of Saint Joseph's Medical Center, is a Mobile Psychiatric Prevention Team Serving Westchester County. We are looking for person with strong background in the mental health field the ability to work with challenging patients and families within the community. Support counselor assists clinicians with all concrete and supportive services related to patients and referrals.

• Varied work week, flexible work hours, day and evening, Saturday and Sunday hours based on program needs

Related experience required ability to be flexible, good working knowledge of community resources a plus. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

BSW/BA/BS required, Major Fields of study Social Work and or Mental Health Counseling, Psychology

MSW/MHC preferred

Valid Driver's license required*

Pay: $27-30/hr
