Join a high-end, rapidly growing plastic surgery practice known for delivering refined, natural results in a luxury setting. We’re looking for a polished, professional, and sales-minded Patient Care Coordinator / Aesthetic Consultant to guide new patients from first inquiry to booked procedure with warmth, confidence, and sophistication. In this high-touch, consultative role, you will guide prospective clients through the decision-making process and confidently present premium treatment plans, surgical options, and service upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for prospective patients (phone, email, social, in-person)
- Educate patients on our procedures, surgeon expertise, and aesthetic philosophy
- Guide patients through the consultation process with empathy, clarity, and confidence
- Present treatment options and surgical plans in a compelling, concierge-style manner
- Comfortably present and sell high-value procedures and upsell complementary services, skincare, and post-op care options
- Cultivate strong relationships with patients, media contacts, VIPs, and high-profile clientele
- Manage scheduling, CRM updates, and follow-up communications
- Collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to provide a seamless 5-star experience
- Meet or exceed conversion, booking, and upsell targets
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Assist in the coordination of patient care by collaborating with healthcare providers and support staff.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in high-end customer service (plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, luxury sales, or high-end hospitality preferred)
- Highly polished, articulate, and poised — on the phone and in person
- Confident discussing premium-priced services with discerning clientele
- Goal-driven with a passion for patient satisfaction and personal performance
- Organized, self-motivated, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience (consulting, medical sales, aesthetics, or similar)
- CRM/EMR software familiarity
- Exceptional communication skills
- Availability for occasional events, evenings, or weekend support if needed
- Neat, professional appearance and demeanor
- Detail-oriented and organized
