School Psychologist
Location: Romeoville, IL
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract
Pay: $55–$75 per hour (based on experience)

SchoolHouse Staffing partners with districts to provide exceptional support services to students with specialized needs. We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in Romeoville, IL, to support students' emotional, academic, and behavioral success.

Job Summary:
The School Psychologist will provide comprehensive psychological services, including assessments, counseling, and collaboration with educators and families to develop strategies that enhance student learning and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret evaluation data
• Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
• Provide individual and group counseling to students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support academic and behavioral interventions
• Support crisis response and consultation services as needed
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist Endorsement
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
• Experience working in a school setting (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of MTSS/RTI processes and special education law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
