Licensed Therapist or Social Worker (Contractor) – Texas & Indiana

Remote | Flexible Hours | Culturally Grounded Care

Myndful Impact, PLLC is a purpose-driven private therapy practice committed to bridging the gap in mental healthcare through culturally relevant and client-centered services. We are expanding in Texas and Indiana and seeking passionate licensed professionals to join our team as independent contractors.

Who We’re Looking For:

• LCSW, LMSW, LSW, or MSW under supervision (state-dependent)
• LPC, LMHC, LCMHC, or equivalent counseling licensure
• Provisional licensees are welcome if eligible for supervision

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual individual therapy to children, adolescents, or adults
• Complete intakes, treatment plans, and timely documentation
• Maintain ethical, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care
• Optional participation in team meetings or clinical collaboration

Qualifications:

• Active clinical or provisional license in Texas or Indiana
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
