About Job

YES Community Counseling Center is s ram. This program is a school and community-based prevention/counseling partnership model. The position will work with at-risk youth and their families in providing early intervention approaches, clinical services including evidenced based screenings/assessments, crisis intervention, safety planning, and group counseling as well as providing case management services connecting families and students to local resources available through YES and within the community. This is a unique opportunity to work with a team each placed within one of our 4 partner districts as well as providing clinical services off and on site during after school hours, weekends, and summer months.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, School or Mental Health Counseling
  • Bi-lingual Spanish Speaking
  • 1+ year(s) of experience working with adolescents
