BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) - Remote Position

Position Summary:
Little Legends is seeking a highly motivated and experienced BCBA to join our team in a full-time capacity. This remote-based position offers competitive hourly rates, professional development opportunities, and a flexible schedule. As a BCBA at Little Legends, you will play a crucial role in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing support to individuals and their families.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and generate progress reports.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.
• Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers on managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors using ABA principles.
• Conduct functional assessments and functional analysis when clinically warranted.
• Review program effectiveness, make recommendations for adjustments, and monitor progress through data collection and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA Certification and NC LBA.
• Master’s Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).
• Safety Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain and maintain).
• Previous ABA experience.
• Comfortable providing in-home services.
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
