Are you a fully licensed therapist looking for a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals, couples, and families?

New Path Counseling & Wellness is seeking a compassionate, dedicated therapist to join our team in a part-time or full-time for a contract position.

- This is a flexible schedule position - you are able to customize your schedule depending on your time and clients.

- This is a position that is hybrid (both tele-health and in person). You are able to set your own schedule and availability. In person locations:

Greenville, Tx (downtown Greenville)

Rockwall, Tx (located near downtown Rockwall)

Position: Licensed Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist) (LMSW and LPC-A will not be considered).

Location: in person office located in Greenville, TX & Rockwall, Tx (in-person Greenville office availability for mostly 4 pm-7pm during the week, all day Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays). (Times may vary). All other appts would be via telehealth.

Rockwall location hours are open availability and will be tailored to your schedule.

Schedule: Part-time (8+ clients per week) or Full-time (20+ clients per week), flexible (Hybrid, in-person & Telehealth)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and therapeutic services to a diverse range of clients, including teens, adults, and couples.
• Conduct individual, couples and family therapy sessions focused on personal growth, relationship enhancement, and emotional wellness.
• Collaborate with our team to create personalized, effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of client sessions.

Qualifications:

• Fully licensed in Texas as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist (provisional licensure not accepted).
• Experience providing therapy/counseling to children, teens, adults, or couples.
• Ability to provide availability via telehealth or in-person.
• Passion for helping clients heal, grow, and thrive through a client-centered, empathetic approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to maintaining a warm and inclusive environment.

Expected hours: Minimum committment of 8-10 sessions per week for PT position; (Set your own schedule and availability (FT 20+ hours per week).
