A growing private practice in Latham, NY is seeking an in person or hybrid outpatient mental health therapist to join the practice. This is a salaried position (pay to be discussed based on licensure and experience) with 6 paid holidays, generous paid time off, health/dental insurance contribution, and additional benefits. Clinicians are able to work hours of their preference on a flexible schedule, though we are looking for someone willing to work some evenings for this position. We are looking for clinicians to work with adolescents, adults, families and/or couples across a range of topics/concerns. A specialty or specialized therapy technique (i.e. EMDR) is preferred. Candidates must be a LCSW-R, LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, MHC or LMFT. Preference is given to those who are already credentialed with insurance panels, but this is not a requirement.

This is an ideal position for those looking for a flexible work schedule based in a private practice. The position can be fully in person or a hybrid model. The practice staff will take care of all initial phone calls and screening of patients, all insurance billing, liability insurance, and all overhead costs. The clinician will be responsible for clinically maintaining their own caseload.
