Position Overview
We’re looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding team in Durham. In this role, you will design and oversee individualized treatment plans, guide behavior technicians, and partner with families. This is a great opportunity for someone who values meaningful outcomes and clinical excellence while contributing to a greater mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide parent training to enhance child progress
  • Monitor and manage billable service hours for yourself and your clinical team
  • Deliver direct services and clinical supervision as necessary
  • Review treatment data and session notes to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Lead team meetings and provide supervision for BTs, RBTs, or ABA graduate students
  • Develop training content and contribute to staff skill development
  • Ensure timely documentation of assessments and clinical reports
  • Collaborate closely with families on treatment goals and care coordination
  • Participate in center-wide meetings and help shape clinical protocols
  • Promote a culture of excellence in clinical care and uphold BACB standards

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification (in accordance with BACB requirements)
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a closely related field
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental delays
  • Strong data analysis and clinical decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
