Job Summary
The Therapist (AMFT/ACSW/APCC/LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) plays a crucial role in providing therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges.

Flexible schedule but must be available to work Thursdays and Fridays and Tuesday/Wednesday evenings. The office is also open on the weekends if the therapist is open to working on the weekends.

Must have experience working with children and teens. The therapist would be able to work with any other population they prefer. Plus if you specialize in working with OCD/anxiety disorders/EMDR/Brainspotting trained.

This position involves working with diverse populations, including children, teens, adults, couples and families. The therapist will utilize various therapeutic modalities to promote healing and personal growth while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Duties
- Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Develop treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients.
- Provide therapy focusing on coping strategies and skill development.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Skills
- Proficiency in various therapy techniques (especially ERP/CBT/EMDR/BRAINSPOTTING/ACT/ART/DBT.)

- Being social and comfortable marketing yourself.
- Experience working with children and teens.
- Knowledge of trauma, anxiety, OCD, grief and addiction counseling methodologies.
- Compassionate approach towards working with children and families.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
