Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality therapy and support to clients in a virtual, flexible environment. This position offers an opportunity to work with individuals seeking both traditional therapy and non-ordinary approaches helping them navigate their mental health journey.

Pay Rate, Remote Position Type, Employment Type

• Pay Rate { Fee for Service }: $60 - $65 per hour (based on client type and availability)
• Insured Clients: $55 - $65 per session
• Private Pay Clients: $100 per session
• No-shows/Late Cancellations: $65 per session
• Location: Remote
• Position Type: Contractor (1099)
• Employment Type: Independent Contractor (Requires malpractice insurance)

Responsibilities

• Provide 53-minute therapy sessions for individuals, blending traditional therapeutic techniques with holistic practices such as breathwork, meditation, and somatic release.
• Create and implement treatment and discharge plans based on client evaluations and needs, ensuring the highest quality care.
• Maintain accurate, timely records of client sessions and submit documentation within 24 hours.
• Work closely with other clinicians and management to ensure optimal client care and therapy outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LMFTA, LMHCA, or LSWAIC etc., or equivalent in New York State
• Active malpractice insurance
• Ability to be credentialed on insurance panels
• Minimum of 10 therapy sessions per week (53 minutes each)
• Experience with telehealth platforms and digital EHR systems
• Strong understanding and experience in holistic mental health practices (e.g., breathwork, meditation, mindfulness)
