Remote (Preference for those residing in OR, WA, UT, or ID)

We’re looking for a psychiatric nurse practitioner to join our team at Skycloud Mental Health. This is a full-time, 32-hour-per-week position that includes both direct patient care and clinical collaboration and program development, especially focused on supporting our outpatient opioid use disorder (OUD) program.

While this is primarily a clinical role, additional tasks will include consultation, care systems support, and mentorship.

What the role includes:

• Providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management to clients ages 13+
• Treating a mix of mental health disorders and opioid use disorder in a hybrid setting with office locations in OR, WA and UT
• Participating in team-based care with therapists, medical providers, and care coordinators
• Supporting or leading collaborative efforts like protocol updates, training support, or case reviews
• Helping strengthen our OUD treatment program as part of a focused team
• Working around 60–70% in direct care and 30–40% in internal consultation or program development
• Communicating clearly and consistently with patients and teammates using our EHR and secure messaging systems
• Occasional travel for in-office visits depending on need and provider location

What we're looking for:

• Active PMHNP license in Oregon
• Current DEA registration (Schedule III or higher)
• 2+ years in outpatient psychiatry
• Prior experience working with patients using buprenorphine and managing co-occurring conditions
• Comfort with outpatient medically supervised withdrawal for opioid use disorder
• An interest in helping others grow and supporting team-based care
• Comfort working remotely, independently, and reliably
• Alignment with values like harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and accessibility

The job is W-2, 32 hours per week. Schedule is flexible.
