About Us:
We are a collaborative Family Medicine and Psychiatry practice providing whole-person care. Our providers include primary care providers and psychiatric nurse practitioners focused on integrated mental and physical health. To enhance patient care, we are expanding our team to include a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who can provide therapy to patients referred internally by our medical and psychiatric providers.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced LCSW to join our team remotely. You will provide virtual therapy to patients ages 4 and up. The position will start part-time and transition to full-time with benefits as your caseload grows. Patients are provided.

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote psychotherapy to children, teens, and adults
• Coordinate care with psychiatric and family medicine providers
• Use evidence-based approaches tailored to each patient’s needs
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EMR
• Adhere to telehealth best practices and legal requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Active LCSW license
• Minimum 1 year of therapy experience post-licensure
• Experience with pediatric and adolescent populations required
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Must be U.S.-based
