The Clubhouse is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for the school-based population. The Clubhouse is home to a talented team of multi-disciplinary therapists, and we are searching for the perfect candidates for our in-person school placements!

This Chicago-based position is available for full-time hours starting at the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year. Hours will fall between 8am-3:30pm. Bilingualism or experience working in schools is a huge plus.

The first step in our interview process is a video chat with a member of our recruiting team. We encourage you to use this as an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the LCSW role and career opportunities. From there, we will invite candidates to an in-person interview. You will meet members of our clinical team (your future co-workers!) and this interview may also include a brief observation of a therapy session. By the end of the interview process, you should have a sense of who we are and how our counselors are helping children take their next steps.
