Job Summary
The Center Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the center, providing high-quality Christian clinical care and support for clients. This leadership role involves managing staff, coordinating services, and fostering a positive environment that promotes the well-being of clients from a Christian perspective.

Duties

• Lead and manage all aspects of center operations, including staffing, budgeting, and program development.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Supervise staff, providing biblical counseling training and support.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to improve service delivery.
• Stay informed about best practices in Christian behavioral health and incorporate them into center operations.

Skills

• Exceptional knowledge of the Bible and a personal saving relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Strong background in Christian Bible-based counseling methods and techniques including Faith Therapy.
• At least a master's degree in a mental health field.
• Licensed clinical marriage and family therapist, licensed clinical social worker, licensed clinical professional counselor or licensed clinical psychologist to do DSM5 diagnoses.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse Christian team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and staff.
• Ability to assess situations critically and make informed decisions that prioritize client welfare.
• Knowledge of behavioral health practices and commitment to ongoing Christian professional development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,388.00 - $58,232.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
