Heart Care is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join their organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule and Confirm patient appointments with the assistance of CRM technology.
- Coordinating patient transportation to and from the facilities we represent.
- Communicate with patients via our auto-dialing system and through online chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to patients’ questions by utilizing our CRM guide feature.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Communicate effectively between departments to meet patient needs/inquiries.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced call center.
- Resolve problems and handle client’s issues in a professional manner.
- Additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Superior customer service skills; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a “knack” for conflict resolution.
- Strong work ethic and a self-starter; Incredibly dependable, responsible and professional.
- Does not allow stressful situations to deter them from the task at hand
- Strives to prioritize patient needs - Treats patient services as a vocation and has an interest in expanding their career in this field.
- Maintains patient confidentiality at all times; comply with HIPAA and compliance guidelines established by the office.
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Bilingual - Fluent Spanish and English Speaking preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
