About Job

Join Integrated Autism Therapies – A Unique Opportunity for BCBAs

At Integrated Autism Therapies (IAT), we offer a comprehensive approach supporting individuals on the autism spectrum both in home and in a clinic setting. We are a one-of-a-kind service provider, offering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), and Occupational Therapy (OT)—all conveniently available onsite, ensuring a collaborative and integrative approach to treatment.

Unlike larger organizations, we are intentionally smaller, with two specialized centers located just blocks apart:

  • Sensory Clinic – A naturalistic environment designed for clients who benefit from sensory integration. This clinic features an indoor sensory gym equipped with swings, slides, a foam pit, a 60-ft zipline, a full-sized trampoline, and interactive floor-projected games. Additionally, we provide quiet treatment rooms for clients who require a more structured setting.
  • Life Skills Center – Located just two blocks away, this center is tailored for individuals focused on developing life skills for maximum independence or those who thrive in a low-stimulation environment.

To support the needs of both facilities, we are hiring a full-time salaried BCBA to join our team of dedicated professionals. Our goal is to provide high-quality, comprehensive care that leads to the best possible outcomes for each client.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: Based on experience, performance, and probationary review.
  • Flexible work schedule, to ensure work life balance, remote work 1 day/week during the probationary period. Potential for 2+ days based on role responsibilities and performance.
  • 8 paid holidays + 2 clinic closure days annually, including New Year’s, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day-after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and 1 floating holiday
