This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to promote overall well-being and improve quality of life.
Key *
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients needs, strengths, and challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide counseling and therapeutic services to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Advocate for clients rights and access to necessary resources and services.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, community organizations, and stakeholders to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and professional development activities.
- Stay informed about current social work practices, policies, and regulations.

- Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social work or related field.
- Strong understanding of social work principles, ethics, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
