CFG Health is seeking a licensed Corrections Psychologist to provide comprehensive mental health care to youth at the New Jersey Training School (JJC). This role involves conducting psychological assessments, providing therapy, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to support the well-being of justice-involved youth.

Key **
???? Conduct comprehensive psychiatric intakes, assessments, and evaluations for youth in custody
???? Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using evidence-based approaches
???? Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of justice-involved youth
???? Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with medical and psychiatric staff
???? Assist with crisis intervention and provide 24-hour mental health consultation as needed
???? Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
???? Support and provide direction for the behavioral health care delivery system
???? Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development
???? Ensure adherence to correctional healthcare regulations (NCCHC, APA, ACA, PBNDS)
???? Collaborate with Advanced Practice Nurses, medical staff, and facility personnel
✔ Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution
✔ Current, unrestricted license to practice psychology in New Jersey
✔ Experience in mental health delivery systems, psychological assessment, and treatment planning
✔ Strong clinical decision-making, assessment, and critical thinking skills
✔ Ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards
✔ CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)

✔ Must be able to pass all health and security screenings
✔ Comfortable working in a juvenile correctional healthcare environment
