Job Title: 1099- Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist)

Job Summary:

We are seeking licensed and dedicated 1099 Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Psychologists to join our expanding team as 1099 contractors. In this role, you will provide high-quality individual and group therapy, supporting clients through a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to client care, possess excellent clinical skills, and thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to facilitate healing and growth.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other therapists, psychiatrists, and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients, attending case reviews and interdisciplinary meetings as necessary.
• Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training and supervision to stay informed about best practices and advancements in the field of mental health.
• Crisis Intervention: Provide support during crisis situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning to ensure client wellbeing.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Active license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) or licensed as a Psychologist in the state of Colorado
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in individual and group therapy, preferably in outpatient settings.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Autonomy & Teamwork: Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Compensation:

• Average Reimbursement: $90 - $130 per visit (based on insurance).
• Pay Structure: Contractors will receive a 70/30 revenue split.
