We’re seeking a Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team in Media, PA. Whether you're looking for a stable W2 role with benefits or prefer the flexibility of 1099 contract work, we’re open to building the right relationship with the right clinician.

Responsibilities:

· • Provide direct psychotherapy for adult and/or adolescent patients

· • Collaborate with other providers within The Rehab Room to support patient progress

· • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations

· • Maintain timely and ethical documentation in compliance with licensing boards

Requirements:

· • Active PA License as a Psychologist or LCSW

· • Experience or strong interest in treating trauma, chronic pain, or post-concussion symptoms

· • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary care team

· • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred (not required):

· • Trauma / MVA / Legal Documentation experience

· • Familiarity with medical/rehab populations or integrated care models

Compensation:

· • W2: Competitive hourly rate with paid documentation time, clinical support, and room for advancement

1099: Generous per-session reimbursement with flexible scheduling and full autonomy

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $57.03 - $62.87 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 20 per week
