Job Brief
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) provides evidence-based psychotherapy to diverse patients in a collaborative, integrated care setting at Metro Community Health Centers.
The Licensed Clinical Social or Licensed Mental Health Counselor worker will provide clinically appropriatemental health and psychotherapy services to Metro Community Health Center patients. They will collaborate with the integrated care team to ensure the best clinical outcome for their patients. The therapist will utilize evidence based clinical practices to ensure therapeutic goals are met.To qualify for this position the ideal candidate would have completed a Master’s Degree from an accredited School of Social Work; will have obtained their NYS clinical license to practice Social Work; and have 3 yearsof experience providing assessments and/or therapy to diverse populations;Bilingual Spanish/English highly preferred.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree from an accredited university
- Clinical license to provide therapy in New York State.
- Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and families.
- Experience working under clinical supervision.
- Demonstrated competency working with diverse populations.
BLS Certification Required (Renewal can be provided during onboarding process, if needed)

Salary Range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 annually
