Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills centered around empathy but have a growth mentality. Exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to problem solve and prescribe care. This role involves direct face-to-face interactions with clients and their families, helping to ensure that they understand and are satisfied with our services. Primary responsibilities are to answer leads, schedule and perform assessments and track the client journey to ensure satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Visits prospective clients after referrals are made to introduce Comfort Keepers.
  • Establishes initial client records and maintains client compliance by setting tasks and follow up.
  • Visits clients to keep abreast of client's condition and environment on a bi-weekly to monthly basis
  • Responsible for determining type and duration of services necessary to meet client needs. Quotes bill rate based
  • on service provided
  • Assist in matching caregiver qualifications and availability to client’s needs.
  • Supervises caregivers and completes performance appraisals for caregivers at specified intervals.
  • Contacts clients and caregivers for follow-up on service delivery and determine satisfaction of services.
  • Serves as a liaison between the client, caregiver, and scheduler.
  • May serve on committees and participate in the development of systems to improve care coordination.
  • Participates in on-call rotation as assigned. Participates in client conferences as requested by supervisor.
  • May interface with other community resources to assure that client needs are adequately addressed.

*****This role requires you to drive to different locations that might not always be close to the office or your home. You will be reimbursed for mileage for all job related tasks.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Phone Etiquette: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional, polite, and approachable tone when speaking with clients, customers, caregivers, and vendors.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Demonstrated empathy, patience, and clarity in face-to-face interactions.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Time Management: Strong ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues, with the ability to think critically and work independently.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on delivering a positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset: Having and setting goals centered around referrals and growing market share.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a client care position or similar would be preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of other office software.
  • Experience in healthcare or caregiving industries is a plus.
  • Valid auto insurance, driver's license


Working Conditions:

Role is 100% in office. You will regularly be out in the field meeting with potential client(s) and referrals


Job Types: Full Time


Benefits and Pay: $25-27 per hour. We offer Medical, dental, vision and 401k plans.


Expected hours: 40 hours weekly


Schedule:

  • Typically Monday to Friday
  • Weekends (not ongoing but may require flexibility depending on business need)
