Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Compassionate Care ABA (CCABA) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team! Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs and behavior technicians
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Oversee data collection, analyze treatment progress, and make data-driven decisions
• Conduct parent training sessions and team meetings
• Maintain documentation in compliance with CCABA and payer guidelines

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in early intervention and/or school-age populations preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
