Requirements:

• Healthcare experience required: Candidates must have prior experience in healthcare settings, demonstrating a strong understanding of patient care and support services.
• Preferred hospice experience: While not mandatory, prior experience in hospice care is highly preferred, showcasing familiarity with the unique needs and challenges of hospice patients and their families.
• Professional Degree: Candidates must hold a valid social work degree (MSW or BSW)
