Social Worker Responsibilities You'll Love:

• Provide counseling and support to residents and their families

• Facilitate support groups and care conferences

• Advocate for residents’ rights and ensure compliance with regulations

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance overall care

What We Look For:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (required)

• Social Work license in NJ (required)

• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare settings preferred

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Passion for helping others and improving quality of life

Note: Pay rates are determined based on experience and are subject to applicable shifts.
