We’re looking for a motivated, heart-forward SUD Counselor (SAC-IT) to join our Residential Substance Use Disorder (RSUD) team. You’ll work directly with clients on their recovery journeys, providing assessments, counseling, case management, and so much more—all while collaborating with a dedicated team of professionals who care as much as you do.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing individual, group, and family counseling to clients in our RSUD program
- Conducting assessments and admissions for new clients
- Creating individualized treatment plans and supporting each step of client progress
- Documenting services and maintaining client records with care and compliance
- Collaborating with community agencies and multidisciplinary team members
- Being a key part of a team that’s changing lives, one client at a time
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- A valid SAC-IT license in Wisconsin (minimum requirement)
- 2+ years of experience with correctional or justice-involved clients is preferred
- Familiarity with DHS 75 requirements for residential and outpatient SUD treatment
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to work collaboratively
- A passion for helping others through recovery and personal growth
