We are a fast-paced therapy clinic based in Glendora, CA, offering positions for individuals with or without a bachelor's degree . Gain experience and supervision hours towards your LMFT, LCSW, or BCBA by providing 1:1 services to individuals and families with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism.
Schedules are created based on client needs in coordination with our staff.
We are currently prioritizing part-time applicants available from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Applicants with morning availability are welcome to apply, though please note that we may have limited client sessions scheduled during morning hours at this time.
Bachelor's Degree Job Duties
- Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to develop treatment plans and interventions for clients
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA guidelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Commute in personal and/or company vehicle to sessions
- Stay current on the latest research, trends, and best practices in the field
Job Requirements & Benefits:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or pediatric setting
- Strong background in social work, addiction counseling, or applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder is highly desirable
- Knowledge of ASD / ID care and trauma-informed approaches is a plus
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques
- Applicants must have an RBT certificate or be willing to obtain one
- We offer supervision hours for LMFT and BCBA licensure with a 6-month commitment, as well as training in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI).
Desired Skills:
- Spanish Speaking (highly preferred)
- Attention to detail regarding documents, data collection, and professional correspondence with clients and their families
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and provide constructive feedback
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies
- Proficiency using gmail, google drive, google docs, and data collection programs/apps (ie., Rethink)
Locations and Areas Served:
We serve clients throughout the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley, including but not limited to Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Claremont, La Verne, Pomona, La Puente, Diamond Bar, Glendora, and Covina.
