Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients to enhance their behavioral health and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies and interventions.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify specific needs of clients.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in the field of behavioral health.

Skills

  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
  • Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and create effective treatment plans.
  • Familiarity with medical documentation practices and maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
